phcash44 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may close your phcash44 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
phcash44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
